Brent all smiles after Remagen Bridge wins at Geelong

Remagen Bridge left Brent with all smiles after he returned with a dominant win at Geelong last Tuesday.

Jockey Steven Arnold was a late call up after the unlucky Jamie Mott injured himself while enjoying a rare day off at the Snow. Arnold sat just off the speed in the 1000m dash for cash and got the perfect trail.

Approaching the bend Arnold peeled off the leaders backs and looked to be cruising however rival runner Source Code, ridden by young apprentice Chris Caserta, took charge and ran off the track forcing Remagen and Arnold approximately 8-10 horses wide as they straightened.

Remagen then gathered himself and when Arnold hit the button he responded with a tremendous burst to pull away from the field and win comfortably on the line.

Onwards and upwards for Remagen Bridge this preparation!
