Frim And Frome does it again!

Talented Hard Spun mare Frim And Frome has made it 2 wins from her last 3 starts after victory at Seymour on Sunday in the Mitchelton Wines BM64 Handicap over 1417m.

Drawing the inside gate, jockey James Winks took full advantage of the draw to maintain the lead and set the pace in front. Given a few cheap sectionals in the race, Frim And Frome powered up from the 600m mark like she did at Kyneton 2 starts back and had the rest of the field chasing a long way from home.

Relishing the wet conditions, Winks rode confidently to win by 3.75 lengths over her closest rival and make it 2 wins and a very unlucky 4th at her past 3 starts.

Brent said 'We'll wait and see how she pulls up before setting her next target, however we think she has above average ability so hopefully we can see her in the winners stall a few more times in the very near future."

Congratulations to all involved in Frim And Frome and a special mention to the staff at Cloud 9 that have had the stable in full flight over the last few months.
