House Of Stars lights up Benalla!

House Of Stars yesterday warranted her status as favourite with a commanding performance at Benalla in the Graham Currie Electrical 0-64 Handicap over 2,046 meters.

The ever consistent 'little horse that could' was given an absolute peach of a ride by Katelyn Mallyon from barrier 5, after electing to race a little closer than previous starts and sit behind the leader. With the addition of Blinkers for the first time, House Of Stars was bolting approaching the bend and just needed an out.

Katelyn quickly got of heels of the tiring front runner and set her alight to race away with the win. This gives House Of Stars 2 wins and 2 placings from her last 5 starts with a very unlucky 5th at her other run.

She may be little, but her heart is as big as herself!
