No Pain No Gain wins at Echuca for Dynamic Syndications!

Dynamic Syndications first runner with Cloud 9 Thoroughbreds has saluted at Echuca to give owners an early start to a very happy new year!

The Reward For Effort gelding, ridden by Melbourne Cup winning jockey Michelle Payne, showed great stamina over the 1600m journey, to steam down the centre of the track and reign in the race favourite.

Given plenty of time to find his feet, No Pain No Gain settled worst than midfield for the majority of running, before Michelle started to click him up approaching the 600m mark to make ground.

Getting a nice cart in to the race for just long enough, the Melbourne Cup winning hoop then steered No Pain No Gain to the outside in the home straight, where with every stride he quickened showing great endurance, eventually overhauling the leader in the final 50m and finish the race running away to win by a 2 and a quarter length margin.

Since transferring to the Cloud 9 team, No Pain No Gain has relished his training up the steep training track at Sutton Grange and this proved vital in the last 200m today, powering through the line.

Congratulations to Owners and the Dynamic Syndications team involved with No Pain No Gain who are no doubt on Cloud 9 right now.

From a Cloud 9 point of view, it was very satisfying to get our first winner for the Dynamic Syndications team after being given the horse just under 2 months ago. We look forward to building the relationship with the Dynamic Syndications team and many more winners!

Onwards and upwards for No Pain No Gain!
